Pet Policy

One of the things we take most pride in is our pet policy! The vast majority of our apartments and homes are pet friendly to both cats and dogs. Typically the individual listings will note whether or not the unit is pet friendly.

We limit each tenant to 2 pets per unit. There is a one time pet fee of $200 per pet, in addition to a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. We will require a copy of the most recent immunization from your veterinarian which can be attached with your application.
